About IS OO

Authorized persons according to § 58 (10) of the Act on Air Protection are obliged to publish and update information on authorized technical activities through the Information system on authorized persons and their permanent subcontractors - IS OO".

Authorized technical activities are:

• discontinous measurement of emissions
• authorised calibration
• authorised testing
• authorised conformity inspection

Content of IS OO is established in § 3 of the Decree of the Ministry of the Slovak Republic no. /2023 Coll. The data are archived in the information system at least for ten years.
